Refund & Return Policy for Pikinest Toys

We want you to love your Pikinest toys. Here's our simple, fair return policy for Indian customers.

 


 

Eligible for Returns (7 Days Only)

✅ YES – Return for:

  • Damaged/Defective toys (broken switches, faulty LEDs)

  • Wrong item delivered (you ordered blue, got red)

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival) – doesn't work out of box

Must be:

  • Within 7 days from delivery date

  • Unused, clean, original packaging

  • Photos + order number sent to us

 


 

❌ NOT Eligible for Returns

  • Used or played-with toys (understandable – hygiene/safety)

  • Change of mind purchases

  • Wrong size/colour (you chose it)

  • Shipping delays (courier issues)

 


 

How Returns Work (3 Easy Steps)

  1. Email us within 7 days: support@pikinest.in
    Include: Order #, photos, reason

  2. Get return approval + free label (if our error)
    Pack carefully in original box

  3. Drop at courier → We inspect → Refund issued

Faulty toy? We'll send a new one FREE (same colour) instead of refund – faster for your toddler!

 


 

Special Cases

  • Lost in transit: Full refund or reship at no cost

  • COD refused: ₹100 handling fee

  • Multiple returns: May limit future orders
