Eligible for Returns (7 Days Only)
✅ YES – Return for:

Damaged/Defective toys (broken switches, faulty LEDs)

Wrong item delivered (you ordered blue, got red)

DOA (Dead on Arrival) – doesn't work out of box
Must be:

Within 7 days from delivery date

Unused, clean, original packaging

Photos + order number sent to us

Used or played-with toys (understandable – hygiene/safety)

Change of mind purchases

Wrong size/colour (you chose it)

Shipping delays (courier issues)

Faulty toy? We'll send a new one FREE (same colour) instead of refund – faster for your toddler!
