We currently ship across India, subject to courier serviceability.

Some remote pincodes may not be covered; if so, we’ll inform you and issue a refund.
2. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time

Metro & Tier 1 cities (e.g., Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Delhi): 3–7 business days

Other locations within India: 4–8 business days
These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier operations, weather, strikes, or festivals.
4. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping: Flat rate or as shown at checkout (varies by offer/courier).

From time to time, we may offer free shipping above a certain order value; this will be clearly mentioned on the website or during checkout.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with:

Courier partner name

Tracking ID / link

You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website using this ID.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept:

We can reship after confirming the correct address.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
7. Damaged or Open Package at Delivery

If the outer package looks tampered or badly damaged, please:

Refuse delivery or

Take clear photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

This helps us raise a complaint with the courier and resolve your issue quickly.

8. Cash on Delivery (if enabled)

Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Repeated COD refusals may lead to COD being disabled for your account.
