1. Where We Deliver

  • We currently ship across India, subject to courier serviceability.

  • Some remote pincodes may not be covered; if so, we’ll inform you and issue a refund.

 


 

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

 


 

3. Delivery Time

  • Metro & Tier 1 cities (e.g., Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Delhi): 3–7 business days

  • Other locations within India: 4–8 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier operations, weather, strikes, or festivals.

 


 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping: Flat rate or as shown at checkout (varies by offer/courier).

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping above a certain order value; this will be clearly mentioned on the website or during checkout.

 


 

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with:

    • Courier partner name

    • Tracking ID / link

  • You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website using this ID.

 


 

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept:

    • We can reship after confirming the correct address.

    • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

 


 

7. Damaged or Open Package at Delivery

  • If the outer package looks tampered or badly damaged, please:

    • Refuse delivery or

    • Take clear photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • This helps us raise a complaint with the courier and resolve your issue quickly.

8. Cash on Delivery (if enabled)

  • For COD orders (when available):

    • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

    • Repeated COD refusals may lead to COD being disabled for your account.

 


 

9. International Shipping

  • At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.

  • If this changes, details will be updated here.
