Terms of Service for Pikinest Toys

Welcome to Pikinest Toys ("Pikinest", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website [pikinest.in], services, and products (collectively, the "Service"). By placing an order, creating an account, or using our Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Our Service

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes

  • Provide accurate information during checkout

  • Not misuse, hack, or disrupt our Site

  • Respect our intellectual property (toy designs, content, branding)

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.

2. Products & Pricing

  • Product Descriptions: We strive for accuracy, but images/colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

  • Pricing: All prices in INR, inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

  • Availability: Products may sell out. We aren't liable for stock shortages.

  • Age Recommendations: Toys for ages 1-4. Adult supervision recommended.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Orders are not final until confirmed via email. We may cancel for fraud, errors, or stock issues.

  • Payment: Processed securely via Shopify Payments/Stripe/Razorpay. You authorize charges at checkout.

  • Taxes: GST included where applicable.

  • Order Changes: No changes after payment confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Times: 3-7 business days within India (Tier 1 cities faster). Delays possible due to courier or holidays.

  • Shipping Areas: PAN India, subject to pincode availability.

  • Risk of Loss: Transfers to you upon dispatch. Track via courier portal.

  • Failed Deliveries: 2 attempts, then returned. Restocking fee applies for re-ship.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • 7-Day Return Window: From delivery date.

  • Eligible: Defective/damaged toys only. Must be unused, original packaging.

  • Process: Email pikinest.store@gmail.com with order #, photos within 7 days. We'll provide return label.

  • Non-Returnable: Used toys, hygiene reasons, custom orders, clearance items.

  • Refund Timeline: 5-7 days post-inspection to original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: Customer pays return shipping unless our error.

No cash refunds. Store credit at our discretion.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • Limited Warranty: 30 days against manufacturing defects.

  • What We Cover: Faulty switches/LEDs (not normal wear).

  • Exclusions: Misuse, drops, modifications, normal play wear.

  • Maximum Liability: Refund/replacement value only. No consequential damages.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability won't exceed your order value.

  • We aren't liable for indirect damages (lost profits, data loss, etc.).

  • Products sold "as is" after warranty period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and trademarks are owned by Pikinest. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially use without written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend/terminate access for violations without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms governed by Indian law. Disputes resolved in Mumbai courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms. Continued use = acceptance. Check footer link regularly.
